The person in the yellow shirt broke the law by assaulting the neighbor (aka skinny guy) who had not thrown any punches to anyone. He was upset with the media being in the way, and I don't blame him for getting upset. He was also defending himself against the yellow shirt wearing guy who wasn't being provoked but choose to get involved and then asked for help from others. If I were the neighbor I would file charges, and this video right here would prove his case.

I thought I saw Bones in the act of assaulting Camera Man when he was tackled by Yellow.

Camera Man could claim assault charges against Bones.

However if Bones tried to claim assault and battery against Yellow, Yellow could defend on grounds of defense of others which hear seems plausible.
